Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Bicc Vero 243-6117E parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Blue-Giant products, including obsoleted and phased-out Blh-Electronic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Modicon product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Blue-Giant such as the TL85480 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the H2KF manufactured by Blh-Electronic and we are pleased to be able to service most Blh-Electronic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BMXCPS3020 by Manufacturer Modicon as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Bionics Brand STX190HT in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Bodine such as 33A5BEPM equipment made by Bodine have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bodine products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bodine" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SW182A made by Black-Box as well as the popular 2431WQ3020 original spares produced by Bodine

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3G408 by Bindler and 33A5BEPM spares by Bodine are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 042R Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bimba.
